Eye Shadow
Green-eyed beauties always have an advantage, when it comes to pepping up their eyes with color. Hazel eyes are unique and a perfect eye shadow is all that it takes to jazz up their look dramatically. Neutral shades are the best bet for hazel eyes, as they add both definition and softness. Brown, pink, cream, beige, and taupe are other great eye shadow options for hazel eyes. Shades of purple like lilac, lavender, violet, plum, and eggplant can also do wonders to enhance the look of the eyes. Apart from this, accentuate the eyes with glitter effect. Shimmer works especially well on hazel eyes. The rich golden hues of sunflower, mustard, saffron, wheat and sand are the best struck deal. A note of caution – stay away from experimenting with shades of blue!
Eyeliner
It’s important to choose the right shade of eyeliner for hazel eyes. While dark brown color eye liners are just perfect for hazel eyes, black and gray are also fine and look good on green eyes. For a more dramatized look, you can try wearing green liners. Stay away from blue eyeliners, as they may ruin your look any day. How To Apply Eye Makeup For Hazel Eyes
Before you begin with your make up, apply primer on the eyelids for a smooth finish. A primer will even out the rough surfaces and make your color last longer.
Decide on the eye shadow first, before you start on with your makeup. Begin with the darkest shade and apply it to the crease of your lid, starting from the inner corner and moving towards the outer edge. Use the lighter shade on the brow bone or the area below the eyebrow. Remember, merge the shades well.
Pick out your preferred eyeliner and begin by applying it from the inner corner of the eye towards the outer corner, along the top eyelid. You can also use an eye or kohl pencil for desired results. Shimmer liner looks good on green eyes and can be used to accentuate your looks, if you are applying a neutral shade.

Makeup Tips for Glasses Wearers

Depending on your diagnosis and glasses frames, there are two options for this one. If your eye glasses make your eyes appear larger, then it’s best to skip heavy eyeliner and dark shadows – talk about raccoon eyes! Likewise, if your eye glasses make your eyes appear smaller, this is vital too – skip the dark makeup! It will only make your eyes seem smaller and give a ‘squinty’ look (been there, done that.)
Instead, try to keep your eyes looking naturally pretty, as they are! Sweep some light colored shadow on and then apply a thin line of eyeliner (liquid is wonderful, if not, pencil is best). After, apply mascara on your top lash line only. (Applying mascara on your bottom lash line could look like dark circles.)Probably the best thing to do is this: keep your brows groomed. Your face looks instantly polished with groomed brows. Simply choose your eyebrow product of choice and fill in any sparse areas, leaving a nicely defined brow.
Lips
Anything goes with lips! If all else fails, check out what some of these stars who wear glasses and what makeup fashion looks they do.In general, makeup should be natural looking (this look may be ideal). Like I said earlier, the general rule is to keep it simple because your glasses are already a big statement on your face!

Personally I do, when I wear my contacts anything goes but I find when I wear glasses everything is more natural, meaning I skip the eyeliner and instead load up on a bold lipcolor.

Seasonal Makeup Tips
The ways to apply makeup and cosmetics need to change according to the season to suit the climatic conditions. Here we will cover some tips to not look ruined and washed out in monsoon and achieve a sensuous look in winter:
1. Check the options available for long lasting lipsticks that are marketed as non-transferable or color stay varieties.
2. Use powder matte cosmetics rather than creamy and glossy ones.
3. Thread your brows regularly to keep them in shape and avoid using eyebrow pencil for the season.
4. You can tame your unruly brows by using a little hair gel and a brow brush.
5. Sheer and pastel powder eye shadows in brown, pink and light brown shades are just right for the rain parties.
6. Avoid using pressed powder in monsoons as it can form patches on skin. If you must use it, use it sparingly.
7. Avoid kajal and use water-resistant mascaras and eyeliners.
Winter Makeup:
1. Use matte medium-tone shades on eye creases to define them. Apply them from outer edge to the inner one.
2. Too much shimmer on dry winter skin can look glaring.
3. Add depth to eyes using subtle colors of mascara such as navy, maroon and golden-brown shades.
4. Deep red or warm red brown lipstick look good in winters and add glow to skin.
5. Use soft gloss on the lipstick to tone down the harsh winter look.

Asian eyes are exotic, expressive, and fun to complement with bold makeup colors. It’s their elongated shape, which makes the Asian eyes even more alluring. When it comes to eye makeup for Asian eyes then, it should be kept in mind that for an Asian woman, eyes are the most attractive feature and so they demand special care. Asian eye makeup also demands special attention because Asian eyelids tend to be different from eyelids of other races. Most of the Asian eyelids are known as a ‘single lid’, which means that the upper lid has no crease. Even if Asian eyelids have creases, they differ in length from the eyelids of other races. Asian woman can give their eyes a mystic and alluring look by complementing them with gorgeous eye shadow colors. So, women who wish to have expressive and beautiful eyes, need, just correct makeup for eyes. From seductive, colorful to smoky eyes, there are many options to choose for highlighting Asian eyes.
Makeup Tips For Asian Eyes
Eyebrow Makeup
Add beauty to your eyes by filling in your brows with an eyebrow pencil, which is one shade lighter to your natural hair color. Avoid using black color on your eyebrows, as it looks too heavy and odd with Asian skin tones. Your option is to opt for colors such as mahogany or dark brown.
Wax or thread your eyebrows to create an arch, which will help in highlighting the eye makeup.
Most Asian woman have sparse eyebrows, if you also have the same then the best idea is to use eyebrow pencil, which matches your brow color. Starting from the inside of the brow, draw individual hairs between your natural brow hairs. Ensure that each stroke is fine and follows the natural hair direction.
Another option is to apply brow shadow using brow brush. Using a small amount of color, brush through the eyebrow hair thoroughly.
You can create a great look by adding eyebrow mascara to your brows.
Eye Shadow
Apply light colored eye shadow. Choose from pale pink, white, or skin shades. Don’t opt for dark shades of eye shadow as that will only make your eyes look smaller. You can also opt for light to medium brown shades. They look great on Asian skin tones.
Start with applying light colored eye shadow on the entire eyelid. Then apply a deeper shade on the bottom part of the lid. As you move up blend the deeper shade with the lighter shade. Ensure that you don’t leave any lines of demarcations as these lines will spoil the subtle look, which bring out the eyes and make your eyes look smaller. For Asian eyes, too much of eye shadow fails to highlight the eye shadow. So, it’s important to apply just correct amount of eye shadow.
Eyeliner And Mascara
Eyeliner plays a crucial role in makeup for Asian eyes. Often well-known makeup artists advise that since Asian woman have sparse eyelashes, use of mascara should be omitted instead eyeliner should be used to draw attention to the eyes.
Using an eyeliner, draw a line as close to the eyelashes as possible.
Reapply the liner to make the line thicker. To make sure that it’s thick enough, check if the line can be seen when your eyes are open.
Smudge using a smudge brush to create a smoky look. This will help bring out the eyes.
Apply eyeliner under the eye but just enough to draw only soft line. The line on the bottom lid should be lighter than one on the top lid.
In case you have long luscious eyelashes before applying the mascara curl them first. Try applying mascara as close to the base of the lashes as possible to make it look natural.

One of the most blessed and an important day in the life of a woman is undoubtedly the day of your wedding. Wants to look perfect on her wedding day. Adequate preparation and makeup can do the trick for the bride is the most beautiful woman on her wedding day. There are hundreds of bridal makeup tips that can be used on a wedding. But there are some that are popular and widely used. These are the essential tips you need to have in mind for a wedding makeup, these include the application of the cream and powder foundation, use concealer, eyeliner, eye shadow, the base of the eyelid, and the use of lipstick. The proper implementation of all these cosmetics can make the bride look beautiful and amazing.
While using a cream base to keep in mind that should match the color of the skin easily. A very bright color or too light can do the trick fails. Be sure to apply the cream on the skin of the arm to see if it matches the color of the skin. Once you have the proper background color, facial skin clean with a damp paper towel to remove dust particles. Now dab the base, avoid hard scrubbing, because you can damage the skin. Apply powder or cream base ensures the uniformity and smoothness of cosmetic facial skin. Use a concealer to hide dark spots and pimples. Avoid applying too much concealer in the same place as it can make that part of the skin to become more prominent. It is also preferable to use the same shade of concealer that used in the base. This will help to better mix and the corrective function more efficiently.
Use clear eyeliner is better than a bold color if the dress is light colored. Use a liquid eyeliner because it helps the eyes to become more prominent. The use of light color as the basis of the eyelid is important if the base is clear as it helps to blend better with the skin tone and provide a more prominent skin. The use of lipstick and gloss to match the dress creates a more perfect appearance. A red lipstick is especially preferred if the wedding dress is white. You must combine the dress with the lipstick color to wear on a more elegant and surprising. All bridal makeup tips provided above can make brides look like princesses.

Makeup Tips For Brown Eyes
When one says brown eyes, its not just the brown colour, in fact, there are lots of shades within the colour brown, and many people have different shades of brown as their eye colour. It is a normal scheme for colours that the colours which are of opposite shades will be complementary to each other and will brighten one and the other. So according, your makeup will also differ, which depends on what shade of brown are your eyes. This will especially determine the shade of your eye shadow that you apply. You can apply a lighter shade of brown to give the ligtening effect and you can also add a bit of shimmer. The purple tone will work the best if you have the brown eyes with a tinge of yellow to them.
There is a general rule that one must follow that light colours will bring out and make things highlight and more larger. On the other hand, the darker shades have just the opposite effect. So if you have dark chocolate eyes then you can enhance them with the help of the dark eyeliner and a light eye shadow, with a black mascara and a little bit of pale pink eye shadow along with the flushed cheeks will give the best effect. Put a red or cherry coloured lip stick to give the focus.
Dark eyes and that too of brown shade are such an asset to have since one can do and experiment a number of things with them. They are a darling feature to have. One can play with the shades of colour eyeliners and not worry about a thing. Dark brown eyes look stunning lined in shades of plum mix with a pale mauve shadow, aubergine mix with a shimmery light pink shadow, raisin mix with a mushroom soft brown shadow.
The only thing to remember is that to combine a lighter shadow. Using pencils in this case is really technically important since they are easier to make the blends required. Apply a liquid eyeliner is much more dramatic, but still if you use it then apply a pencil one after that to enhance the shape of your eyes. These are the tips that will work well for your brown eyes makeup.

They have such a wide color range from turqouise to chartreuse to forest green to bright light green and on and on.
These tips are designed for the magority of green eyes, but of course there are exceptions to every rule. My best advice is to try every color that you’re interested in. You’ll be surprised what looks good.
Choosing An Eyeshadow
These colors are some of the most popular for green eyes.
Try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also a great choice.
Apricots and taupes are good choices for highlighters.
Dark purples, plums and metallics work too. Coppers and golds will make a really glamorous evening look for makeup tips for green eyes. I personally really like the way deep purples look with dark green eyes.
Colors To Avoid
When you’re learning makeup tips for green eyes, it also helps to know what colors you might want to avoid.
First up, blues. Any color of blue doesn’t do green eyes justice. I would recommend avoiding light blues, dark blues and even some colors (purples or pinks) with blue undertones.
Pinks are also a hard color to judge. Some can look really, really good and others can look really, really bad. This is usually a matter of trial and error.
Silvers are not a good choice either. Leave them for the blue eyes.
Eyeliner Colors
Unless you really like black eyeliner, it’s usually a color to avoid. Try steely grays or chocolate browns. Use gold or white to open up the eye if your eyes are small.
The Rule Of Thumb
A good rule of thumb when choosing a color for makeup tips for green eyes is to focus on warm colors and avoid cool colors.
Like I said, there are exceptions to every rule, but this should provide a nearly fail-safe method for choosing eyeshadow colors to bring out the beauty of your green eyes.
The Application
How you apply your eyeshadow depends how many colors you’re wearing and what the occasion is.
For basic every day wear, here’s what you do.
1. Apply a highlighter like crystalline to the entire eye from the bottom of the crease to the eyebrow.
2. Use a taupe or apricot next and apply it to the whole eyelid and blend it just above the crease with the crystalline.
3. Then use your third color (chocolate brown, dark green, copper, etc.) and apply it one of two ways:
a. Apply it from the middle of your eyelid from the eyelash to just above the crease. Blend it well. You can even blend it under the lower lashes for a more dramatic look.
b. Apply it from the inner corner of your eyelid and sweep it out to the outer corner of your eye. It will get thicker the further out you go. Blend well.
4. Apply eyeliner and mascara as you normally would.
